Mysterious, sensual and seductive Opens with a hint of brightness with iris and a certain fruitiness and as the fragrance develops it gets darker. The tobacco note is a mix of blonde and black tobacco to my nose not being much sweet but not being as dark as a black tobacco scent. A liquorize, sirupy and with certain booziness appears at the base. Seems easy but has a lot of depth and complexity. A woody, tobacco-y, leather-y, deep, warm, mature, elegant and smooth scent. Smooth Leather Cuir Noir by Armani Privé is an smooth leathery fragrance (not the usual leather scent) with light oud-y vibes, a hint of rose and saffron (not listed but I think I get it😊) and all sweetened up by a pleasant vanilla. Very Occidental fragrance. I find this one very attractive and super easy to wear. The other day I layered this out with my Rose D'Arabie and liked the result a lot. Anyways this can work pretty well for its own. A versatile leathery-oud based fragrance easier to wear than most of the fragrances in the same genre.  Oud Saphir by ATELIER COLOGNE is a very well blended, very light and pleasant leathery-oud fragrance. It has enough freshness and is quite versatile and easy to wear than other leather based fragrances. It reminds me a little of AdP Colonia Leather and Tom Ford Tuscan Leather but there are little details and nuances that make them different. Notes I get from here are citrus in the opening, Leather/suede, that classic raspberry vibe from leathery fragrances and a hint of oud-y vanilla.
