It's elegant, sensual, sophisticated and it has a gourmand undertone that smells like flowers covered with cotton candy. Smooth Orange flower explosion with other white flowers in the opening with an earthy kinda vibe that starts to drydown into an indolic orange blossom that I heard a lot of people perceive dirty in their skin but it definitely pop up clean and fresh on mine but maintaining the indolic feeling in a good way. A woody and dry amber accord full of labdanum with a minimum vanilla nuance is the main character of the deep drydown where the florals are in the background and a musky base ends rounding up this composition that I enjoyed. A fantastic mature and elegant scent Fantastic bitter herbal artemisia and a spicy rose welcomes you to Lumiere Noire just before the main character to my nose, the patchouli, enters the stage. The velvety but at the same time fresh and airy rose, is accompanied by a good dose of cinnamon at the purest MFK style. The base unveils a deep dark rose note mixed with a super elegant and mature patchouli with a hint of cumin that adds depth and other dimension to the concoction. A fantastic mature and elegant scent that is making my delights though I'm discovering it ten years after its release. Very good longevity and moderate sillage.
