Refined, glamorous, elegant and "feminine" It's a delicate chypre where the patchouli stands out with a good presence and intensity but it's balanced and attenuated by the mandarin and the jasmine. There's an enveloping sweetness thanks to the musk mixed with patchouli that makes it very refined, glamorous, elegant and "feminine". The rose isn't very present but it can be the result of how well mixed the ingredients are. It has a slight resemblance to Chanel's Coco Mademoiselle but this one is less sweet perhaps due to lack of tonka bean and vanilla. The perfume dies with a "sweet" patchouli accompanied by jasmine and musk. Moderate longevity and moderate sillage. Notes: Italian Mandarin, Egyptian Jasmine Absolute, Rose, Patchouli and Musk. New in the Blu Mediterraneo Line Finally I had the opportunity to try the new release from my beloved Acqua di Parma called Chinotto di Liguria. This is out from the Blu Mediterraneo Line and it's their 8th fragrance. After a blast of citrus including the Chinotto bitterness containing the brand heritage and its DNA it quickly dries down to a quite and peaceful musky/powdery scent. Actually it isn't what I was expecting but I've to keep wearing it out. Family: Chypre loral. Notes: Orange, Mandarin, Chinotto, Jasmine, Geranium, Cardamom, Rosemary, Patchouli and Musk.
