An intense, deep, sensual and mysterious scent


Black Powder by Jusbox Perfumes created by Julien Rasquinet. As per Jusbox website the perfumer has played with a leathery accord, as provocative, audacious and bohemian as the attitude of Kurt Cobain. The result is an intense, deep, sensual and mysterious scent.
For me after a fresh and a little bit spicy opening I started to feel something similar to black tea Earl Grey type or something like that. Then after around 30-40 minutes scent is spicy suede/leather with something sweet and woody. Is a mysterious scent, with depth, super modern and I can't stop thinking in that I'm having an olfactory deja-vu as this scent reminds of something that I already smelled before. I don't know if I've smelled in a perfume, in what or where but the fact is that it's a great discovery and I'm finding it fantastic. Great first impression. I'll keep wearing it as I'm appreciating it so much. Could be a great crowd pleaser even though it isn't a common scent, easy or very used. With above said and having the deja-vu I find it pretty original. Totally different of what I'm used to use and have. You know that you're wearing something different.
Listed notes are blackcurrant, apple, pimento, suede, tobacco leaf, olibanum, sandalwood, tonka bean and patchouli.

Según el sitio web de Jusbox, el perfumista ha jugado con un acuerdo de cuero, tan provocativo, audaz y bohemio como la actitud de Kurt Cobain. El resultado es un aroma intenso, profundo, sensual y misterioso. Para mí, después de una apertura fresca y un poco picante, comencé a sentir algo similar al té negro tipo Earl Grey o algo así. Luego, después de alrededor de 30-40 minutos, el aroma es de ante / cuero picante con algo dulce y amaderado. Es un aroma misterioso, con profundidad, súper moderno y no puedo dejar de pensar que estoy teniendo un deja-vu olfativo ya que este aroma recuerda algo que ya he olido antes. No sé si lo he olido un perfume, en qué o dónde, pero el hecho es que es un gran descubrimiento y lo encuentro fantástico. Gran primera impresión. Lo seguiré usando ya que lo aprecio mucho. Podría ser un gran deleite de la multitud a pesar de que no es un aroma común, fácil o muy usado. Dicho lo anterior y teniendo el deja-vu, me parece bastante original. Totalmente diferente de lo que estoy acostumbrado a usar y tener. Sabes que llevas algo diferente.

Las notas enumeradas son grosella negra, manzana, pimiento, gamuza, hoja de tabaco, olibanum, sándalo, haba tonka y pachuli.
