My first bespoke perfumes 

  
Everyone that knows me, already know that I adore the smell of a bush that grows by millions near to my house and mostly in the Mediterranean area. That bush name is Cistus Ladanifer (jara pringosa) and it is HEAVENLY and PERFECTLY executed in these two gems that the fantastic perfumist Marie Clapison from Cocatryxformula and Fleur de Point made and composed exclusively for me.

These are my first bespoke perfumes and they are made with my most precious ingredient surrounded by other beautiful notes.

Todos los que me conocen, ya saben que adoro el olor de un arbusto que crece por millones cerca de mi casa y principalmente en el área mediterránea. El nombre de ese arbusto es Cistus Ladanifer (jara pringosa) y está ejecutado CELESTIALMENTE y PERFECTAMENTE en estas dos joyas que la fantástica perfumista Marie Clapison de Cocatryxformula y Fleur de Point  compuso exclusivamente para mí. Estos son mis primeros perfumes a medida y están hechos con mi ingrediente más preciado rodeado de otras hermosas notas.

Fleur de Ciste de Matin

Opens with a labdanum note that makes you feel like you are in the middle of a bunch of cistus ladanifer bushes and there's a morning breeze carrying the unmistakable labdanum smell. Its resinous character is perfectly blended with a lush and almost edible rose. It's kinda spicy at certain stages. The base is woody, amber-y and super resinous with an even frankincense vibe. That is provided by a fantastically executed bushman candle note. The scent is airy and shiny in the best possible sense but thick, strong and dry at the same time. The labdanum note has incens-y nuances and is hyper reallistic. On the late drydown a clear white floral accord is perceived to round up this beautiful and unique piece.


 
Fleur de Ciste de Matin abre con una nota de ládano que te hace sentir como si estuvieras en medio de un montón de arbustos de cistus ladanifer y una brisa matutina transporta el inconfundible olor a ládano. Su carácter resinoso se combina perfectamente con una rosa exuberante y casi comestible. Es un poco picante en ciertas etapas. La base es amaderada, ambarada y súper resinosa con un deje a frankincienso. Eso lo proporciona una fantásticamente ejecutada nota de bushman candle. El aroma es aireado y brillante en el mejor sentido posible pero espeso, fuerte y seco al mismo tiempo. La nota de ládano tiene matices inciensados y es hiperrealista. En el secado tardío, se percibe un claro acorde de flores blancas para redondear esta hermosa y única pieza.

 Fleur de Ciste Pour Le Soir


A little bit spicy opening maybe due to a perception, olfactive memory or simply association where I detect spices such as cumin, cardamom or similar introduces you to Fleur de Ciste pour le Soir. It becomes "rough" first, it smells like the raw material (labdanum) which I adore and then during the drydown it's more soothing, alluring, balsamic and resinous. A discreet note of jasmine alongside the rose and ylang, some woody nuances, musk and a vanillic dusty benzoin vibe, join the rest of the composition to perfectly balance the scent. It's warm, dense, intense, seductive, have certain creaminess and a slight sweet touch. I think it treasures an enormous quality and it's a unique experience for the senses.




Una apertura un poco picante  y especiada que puede deberse a una percepción, memoria olfativa o simplemente asociación en la que detecto especias como el comino, el cardamomo o similares, te introduce a Fleur de Ciste pour le Soir. Primero se vuelve "áspero", huele a la materia prima (ládano), lo cual adoro y luego, durante el secado, es más relajante, seductor, balsámico y resinoso. Una discreta nota de jazmín junto con la rosa y el ylang, algunos matices de madera, almizcle y un ambiente de empolvada vainilla y benjuí, se unen al resto de la composición para equilibrar perfectamente el aroma. Es cálido, denso, intenso, seductor, tiene cierta cremosidad y un ligero toque dulce. Creo que atesora una enorme calidad y es una experiencia única para los sentidos.
