Jo Malone has created here more sensations, impressions and reminiscences rather than a fragrance on its own


Wood Sage & Sea Salt by Jo Malone London is a refreshing salty scent that opens with aquatic salty notes to give pass to a soft and creamy drydown with some green-herbal kinda vibe but so slightly. It's like the air next to the ocean was captured in a bottle. It's so subtle. I think that Jo Malone has created here more sensations, impressions and reminiscences rather than a fragrance on its own. Despite that I liked it so much and found it very natural, fresh and pleasant. Sadly, the longevity is quite poor (wish it last more) and  soft sillage. As Jo Malone scents were originally meant to be layered maybe this would work well in combination with other scents.

Notes: Ambrete Seed, Sea Salt, Sage, Algae and Grapefruit.

Refrescante aroma salado que se abre con notas saladas acuáticas para dar paso a un secado suave y cremoso con un ligero toque verde-herbal. Es como si hubieran capturado el aire junto al océano en una botella. Es tan sutil que creo que Jo Malone ha creado aquí más sensaciones, impresiones y reminiscencias que una fragancia en sí misma. A pesar de eso me gustó mucho y me pareció muy natural, fresco y agradable. Tristemente, la longevidad es bastante pobre (ojalá durara más) y la proyección bastante suave. Como los olores de Jo Malone originalmente están creados para ser mezclados, tal vez este podría funcionar bien en combinación con otras fragancias.

Notas: Almizcle Ambreta, Sal de Mar, Salvia, Algas Marinas y Pomelo.

Hyper realistic fresh coffee beans. One of the best coffee based scents that I've ever smelled Opening with the most realistic coffee note I've ever smelled merged with the typical citrus freshness of Atelier's DNA and heritage thanks to the mandarin and the bergamot.
